A clear outline of what applies when you purchase a FrameWork INC digital product.
Know what
you are buying.
FrameWork INC sells downloadable digital products, including UI components, code libraries, and design resources. Please review the product description and these terms before completing a purchase.
Checkout and automated delivery are being connected. The purchase and delivery terms below apply when payments are enabled.
Payment and confirmation
An order is placed when payment is successfully confirmed. The product and total price shown at checkout form part of that order. Keep the transaction ID from the payment confirmation: it is also the password for the ZIP package supplied with that purchase.
Immediate digital delivery
After successful payment, the purchased product is available for download immediately on the confirmation screen. The ZIP package is also sent to the email address entered at checkout. Email arrival can depend on the recipient’s mail provider.
The ZIP password is the transaction ID for that purchase. Enter it exactly as shown on the payment confirmation or receipt email.
Final sale after delivery
Once the digital package has been made available for download and the order email has been sent, the purchase is final. We do not offer voluntary refunds, returns, or exchanges after delivery, including for a change of mind.
This policy does not remove any remedy that applicable law requires for non-delivery, a defective or materially misdescribed product, or another right that cannot legally be waived.
Keep your order details
You are responsible for providing a working email address and retaining your transaction ID. Keep your purchased package and confirmation email in a safe place so that you can access the ZIP and its password later.
