DELIVERY / HOW IT WORKS

For completed orders, the download is available immediately after successful payment. An email copy follows so you can return to your purchase later.

STORE STATUS

Checkout and automated delivery are not live yet. The process below describes how fulfilled orders will work when purchases are enabled.

Complete payment

Finish checkout and wait for the payment confirmation. Your order receives a unique transaction ID.

Download instantly

As soon as payment succeeds, a download for the purchased ZIP package appears on the order confirmation screen.

Receive the email copy

The ZIP package is also sent to the email address supplied at checkout, together with the order details and transaction ID.

Open with your transaction ID

The password for your ZIP is your transaction ID. Copy it exactly from the confirmation screen or order email when opening the package.

IF SOMETHING IS MISSING

Check the details.

If the email does not arrive right away, check your spam or promotions folders and confirm the email address used at checkout. Keep the transaction ID from the confirmation screen while requesting help through the support contact provided with your order.
